Hi BugBear
I start by finding the Probate Court of where the marriage took place using
http://maps.familysearch.org/ then select the required court/year on the Norfolk Marriage Bonds site
http://www.rootschat.com/links/01j0q/ . Then it is just a case of looking through the pages.
I usually zoom in on the center of the page to find the Grooms name, if I can read the name on the first page I skip the second page, if the first page is not very clear I look at the signature on the second page. This usually halves the number of pages you have to look at.
I also helps having a fairly fast broadband connection 30Mbps.
As you know there are some indexes available and some years have an index, it's worth checking the last page to see if the index is at the end.
The hard bit comes when the years for the bonds overlap or the bond you are looking for has been lost or misfiled.
The good thing about looking through these is that you sometimes find one of your own
