Sarah Smith parentage - please help!

Hi all,

I am looking to find a birth/baptism record for a SARAH SMITH (1848ish - 1888). She appears in the 1881 census living in Birmingham with her husband WILLIAM HARBIDGE. Her place of birth is listed as Aborfield, Berkshire.

I found the marriage record for this couple (who married in Birmingham in 1875) and her father's name is listed as CHARLES SMITH.

Can anyone help me trace her in census prior to her marriage and help me find her birth/baptism date?

I did find a SARAH SMITH in the 1861 census. She is living with her father CHARLES SMITH in Berkshire. Her birth date is 1852 and her place of birth is listed as Aborfield, Berkshire. His birth date is 1798 and his place of birth is Hagley Heath, Hampshire.  I believe that this could be my Sarah. Sadly, her father is listed as a widow.

Any help would be much appreciated.
