Hi can you help me Francis Wright born 1644 died 1729 his wife was Elizabeth bat1644 died 1700,i would like to no all info i can get on francis wright where he came from i think his son is willaim born1671 islip oxfordshire. thank you

Francis Right married Elizabeth Price @ Oxford St Ebbe's. 2 Nov 1670.**

From OxFHS - Islip Parish Regs. Transcripts.

William Wright, was baptised - 27 Jan 1672 @ Islip.  Son of Frauncis & Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Wright, wife of Francis, was buried 18 Dec 1700, @ Islip.(No age given).
Francis Wright was buried, 27 June 1729, @ Islip. aged about 85.

William Wright married Catherine George, 12 Jan 1702 @ Islip.

Thomas Wright was baptised, 23 Jan 1704, son of William & Catherine.  Born, 11 Jan 1704. (No burial found in Islip)**.
Francis Wright was baptised, 22 Aug 1706, son of William & Catherine.
Mary Wright, was baptised, 19 April 1711, daughter of William & Catherine.
Thomas Wright was baptised, 6 Feb 1714, son of William & Catherine.
John Wright was baptised, 28 Aug 1718, son of William & Catherine.

Burials.
John Wright,son of William & Catherine. 17 Jan 1719.
Catherine Wright, wife of William. 22 Feb 1724.
William Wright, ye Elder. 11 July 1725.  Small Pox.

Without knowing where Francis Wright was born, I don't know.  He wasn't born/baptised in Islip.

You may need to ask OxFHS for a baptism search.

I'll check the Oxfordshire Marriage Index, for any likely marriages/parents for Francis Wright(and variations of that surname).

I'll post them later, if there are any viable suspects.

There are 2 marriages that stand out, but only by location, for possible parents.

George Wright to Christaine Hitch. 29 Sept 1633 @ Wendlebury.
Henry Wright to Sybil Enstone. 25 Jan 1637 @ Kidlington.

+ Hugh Wright(of Church Cowley) to Dorothy Kensall. 31 Oct 1630 @ St Ebbe's, Oxford.

No birth/baptism in OxFHS PR's for Francis Wright in Wendlebury.   

I do not have Kidlington PR's.

You will need a baptism search from OxFHS to be sure of other baptisms and births for Francis Wright in Oxfordshire, for the year of 1644 +/- 10 years, or possibly more.  Not all children were baptised as young children.
