John Metcafe born 1818 Flint, Wales

hello everyone, my name is Heather Williams, i am in Auckland, New Zealand, may I ask for a look up please?   I have traced one part of my family to a many great grandparent of John Metcalf born 1818 in Flint, Wales.   I know he married Fanny Beattie from Meath, Ireland.   Had their children in NSW, Australia where he died.   His parents are John and Ellen Metcalf.    Any assistance would be much appreciative please....thank you in advance

Do you know where and when John married Fanny or when they went to Australia

There's a family tree with the marriage 1850 in New South Wales Australia.

Tree also has a previous marriage for Fanny to Patrick Mills in 1842 New South Wales.  And Patrick not dying until 1896 so something not quite right maybe.

His parents are John and Ellen Metcalf.

Again from the tree Ellen Metcalf didn't marry until 1820 to John Llewellyn - who may or may not have been the father of your John Metcalf.
