She's  not a widow - perhaps he was on night shift and thus not enumerated

Think Anthony Brydon baptised Houghton le Spring is a separate person - there's an Anthony b Houghton c1837 on 1861 with wife Isabella in Haswell, whereas Anthony b 1832 is in Cramlington (transcribed as Byden on Ancestry) with wife Margaret

Thanks everyone, yes sorry the Houghton Le Spring was wrong, these are the correct people.
How interesting that Elizabeth was from Plymouth,thats a long way to go.
