Hello, Margaret E Ramshaw is my maternal grandfather's great grandmother.  I think she was born on 2nd January 1814 and died on 14th Feb 1888.  She was married to John Clark who died on 31st March 1894.  I'm not sure when he was born.

They had five children :
Elizabeth         b  11th March 1838  d Nov 1915
George           b  1841
Sarah             b  1843
Mary Ann        b  1846
Robert Smith  b  1851

Elizabeth Clark married William Pallister (my great great grandfather) around 1865 and they had 8 children.  I am a descendent of their second child, Francis (b 27-2-1868  d 23-4-1962).

Margaret E Ramshaw's parents were :
George Ramshaw   b  1775    d  16-9-1842
Sarah Glenton       b  1781    d   7-10-1851
George appears to have been married to both Sarah Glenton and Phyliss Brownbridge - I don't know which marriage came first.
