Found this marriage for one set of my gt gt gt grandparents on Familysearch and wondered if anyone is able to access to the original record book.

The marriage was on 01 Aug 1802 at Saint Michael, Tatenhill, Staffordshire. I'm wondering what other information is in the record - father's names, ages, or witnesses etc.

GRO Index has a THOMAS COTTERILL Hicklin, 1844, Death Reg Lichfield Union, age 65

Seems to be a possible as they are living in Lichfield Reg District 1841 Census

No father's names given, no ages given but the witnesses were Ellen Wilker (who made her mark) and a Robert with apalling handwriting. It looks like Shorthose but I could be wring. Definitely begins Shortho - looks like se at the end.

Yes, those are the children's baptisms that I have for Thomas and Hannah. There is also an earlier child who is my direct ancestor:

Christened - 02 April 1804
Barton Under Needwood, Staffordshire

I don't have a Death Reg. for the elder Thomas (age rounded down to 60 on the 1841 census) but Hannah is a widow on the 1851 census and living with a married daughter Mary (who was either illegitimate or from a previous marriage). So that 1844 death for Thomas Cotterill Hicklin along with the marriage of George Hicklin in 1800 look very interesting. Thank you for all that information, it will give me a few more leads to follow up.
