I was involved in some of the early transcriptions and know that there were problems with gaining access to some of the original records. Also, it was often reliant upon one or two dedicated people going around photgraphing/ copying records from each records office before they were transcribed in BMD format. All work done by volunteers - predominantly Clwyd FHS members.
