There is a John Edward Stone on 1913 ER in Belmore NSW with Mary Ann - do you know who/if he married?
May I please mention that this was NOT Belmore as in a locality in NSW, (and there is a locality by that name in suburban Sydney NSW) but rather that is simply the name of that particular electorate. So the electorate in 1913 was Belmore and the polling place was Chalmers Street. At that time, the City of Sydney's wards included one based around Chalmers Street and that ward was known as
Belmore in the late 1800s. Perhaps it was named Belmore after the park (Belmore Park) that is still located at the eastern end of Central Railway Station, Sydney CBD.

That 'Riley Street' runs from The Domain to Cleveland St, and 515 Riley Street would be in the suburb of Surry Hills.
Belmore (the suburb) is quite some distance from Sydney CBD, and is NOT in the local government area of the City of Sydney.
