hope you can help regarding lily owen born in 1908 west derby lancashire to william john owen  mother leah biggs her sister amy was born 1910 in west derby lancashire to , any info would be a bonus . hope im on the right page

What sort of info are you wanting?
1911 look ups aren't allowed - have you found them on that census?
Have you checked freebmd for possible marriages for them?
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

There are 2 Lily Owens born in West Derby district in 1908! :-\

Amy Owen birth registered in 1910 West Derby mother's maiden name Shimmin
Edna May Owen registered 1909 West Derby mmn Shimmin

I can't find  a Lily and Amy with the same mother's maiden name. I can't find them in the census either.

There are births for Lily and EMILY Owen with mother's name Welch.

I can see a Leah that fits John & Leah in 1911 but no mention of children of that name and not in W Derby area  ???
