Brynewater Town?
« on: Thursday 28 July 05 15:24 BST (UK) »
On another message board someone is looking for a 'Brynewater Town', which is possibly in Cavan, that existed in the mid 18th Century.  It is in the Cavan area, but could be in one of the adjacent counties of Ireland. Anyone heard of it before, or know of a town with a similar name?

The only town ending in ".....watertown" that I know of in Ireland is Blackwatertown which is located in Clonfeacle Civil Parish, Co. Armagh. I looked at www.thecore.com/seanruad for Byrnewater Town with no success.
