Help needed name Killigrew

I am trying to trace the irish origins of the following person

Johannah Killigrew born Ireland c. 1832 to parents Daniel Killigrew & Catherine Connolly. She married in Massachuttes in 1854 & from record these are parents names.
I have checked Griffiths Valuation records of which there are 5 entries for the surname, 1 in Tipperary & 4 in Waterford. No entries on Tithe Applotment records. 1901 Census has 39 entries in various counties.  Any help in locating Johannahs origins appreciated
