Need help locating Parents/Grandparents of R J HODGES born Edmonton 1930

Hi!  I am posting with the hope you may be able to help me.  I am trying to find Richard James Hodges parents/grandparents.

I have the mothers maiden name as 'Wright' and some vague guesses as to fathers first name but I cannot find any matches for what I have.  Rather than confuse the issue with more names I thought to keep it simple for now.  The birth, marriage and death and probate details for Richard James Hodges are listed below.  Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
Any help whatsoever will be gratefully received.

 It seems likely his parents (married in the June quarter of 1913 (Rochford district)) are  Herbert Hodges and Agnes E Wright.  Two more sons and a daughter born in Rochford district (1917, 1919 and 1920) prior to Richard in 1930.

Husband believes the mother and fathers names were:
Annie Wright and either Richard James Hodges or James Richard Hodges.
