Not sure there is a church at Morphie although there did used to be one in times gone by.
http://www.scottish-places.info/parishes/parhistory437.html#The above gives general info and the map link at the bottom of the page shows the area including Morphie Den. A 'den' is a deep cut in the land.

OS1/19/18/3 St Cyrus Valuation Roll for 1862-3. Revd. [Reverend] Thomas McIntosh Revd. [Revernd] E. Anderson 027.06 "The Village or Kirkton of St. Cyrus consists of about forty houses, for the most part Straw thatched Cottages disposed without much regard to neatness or regularity round the Parish Church. *Burnside and Roadside form a line of Cottages along the north Side of the Public road at a short distance from the Kirkton." (New Statl. Acct. [Statistical Account]) The Revd. [Reverend] J. McIntosh considers the houses as shewn on the East Side of traces 3 and 6 to be the proper Village of St. Cyrus. These houses are mostly occupied by laborers, they are in pretty good repair, and each house has a small garden attached to it. *This is now known as "Burnhead", see trace 2. "Burnside" is applied to a dwellling house near the end of Ecclesgreig road . See trace 3.
