Edward Driscoll b1842?

Edward Driscoll I think was born 1842 somewhere in Ireland?
He died 1903 in Orpington Kent. He was married to a Mary. But I have a Mary Haggarty and a Mary Ragan?? Any help would be appreciated please. I have his children and their children but nothing on Edwards parents!!

His son Cornelius was registered (as Driscol) with mother's maiden name Haggerty, Mar qtr 1876 Woolwich.

Yes that's what I got but I think I recall another family member had mentioned a Mary Ragan somewhere ??

There is a marriage of Edward Driscoll to Mary Ragan or Emma Davis, Mar qtr 1866 Dartford.

If this is your Edward then either he had more than one wife or else Mary had been married before to a Mr Ragan.

I see that daughter Ellen's birth was registered Mar qtr 1870 Wandsworth with mmn Hagerthy.

Have you investigated the 1866 marriage to see whether the details fit and indeed which woman Edward Driscoll married and whether he fits what is known of your Edward?

There is also a marriage in Shoreditch, 19 Jun 1865, of a Timothy Driscoll (22) boot & shoe maker, son of Cornelius Driscoll, to a Mary Ann Hagerthy, 19, daughter of James Hagerthy.  Other than the name Timothy, these details look very similar to your couple.  Perhaps worth looking into, if only to eliminate.
