1927 Electoral roll for silvertown

This is my 1st request for help. My mother was adopted at birth and her mother given as Eleanor Kerry of 22 Connaught Road Silvertown in 1927. I have tried unseccessfully to find out who was living at this address on Ancestory and findmypast....I have found an Eleanor in 1911 census but also a Nellie Kerry in Silvertown area. I was brought up by Dr.Barnardo's and have tried getting my fathers birth cert but untraceable from CRO.

Have you managed to locate the address in 1911  :-\  I assume you mean Silvertown, West Ham area
