BAPTISM LOOK UP HELP NEEDED SARAH DOWNES

Good evening
I am trying to locate the baptism of Sarah Downes c 1837 in Herefordshire she was the daughter of Thomas Downes and Elizabeth Williams the family were in Birmingham on the 1841 (aged3) and 1851 (aged14) census records
Can anyone help me obtain a copy of the baptism entry

As you are also having problems finding a Marriage record on a Parish Register (see: http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=778599.0;topicseen) the conclusion has to be that the family were non-conformist?

Note that some non-conformist religious denominations don't practice infant baptisms.

Maybe your course of action would be to buy that Marriage Certificate, just to see in what place thay got married?
