I don't know the church very well but think that page 131 of The Story of Fowey by John Keast 1950 should help. You might well be able, by process of elimination, to tie it down. The book has several illustrations of brasses there but not yours. T

There is no name on the brass (that I can see!)?

Just an inscription:
"erth quetly uppon erth"

I would add a snippet of the photo, but you can't do that on ". . . . Lookup Request" boards!

In case you cannot lay your hands on this book, I quote from page 131.
    "" Another brass. of which the inscription is now missing, commemorates Robert Rashleigh, elder brother of John Rashleigh, who died in 1578, and his wife Agnes. Set into this same monument is the following:-
     " Here lyeth the body of Robert Rashleigh , gent., of Coombe who departed this life the 27th day of September 1708 aged 63".  ""

From other brasses descriptions, this seems to fit closest to your photo. Hope it is useful. Toby.
