My Uncle Frank Hewitt

Please could anyone tidy up my uncle Frank Who died in 1987 because I want to put his picture in my book I am writing.

I would also like to make Frank a quarter of the size but I don't know how to do it.

Along with his wife I would like to make her a smaller photo.

Had a go. Can't do much about the blurriness of the photo - it's out of focus. Regarding the sizes: if they're for your book it's probably best to wait until you insert the photos into a page in your word processor, then (with any program I've used anyway) simply grab a corner of the photos with your cursor and reduce them to the sizes you want.
