There is only one on the 1891 Census in Wales born about 1893 in Pembroke, Milford, living in Canton.  On the Census her name is spelt Rebecca, dressmaker, 3, Knole St. Sister in law to Chas Margh with wife Marghand 2 children Thomas & Chas J .
