Looking for marriage date for Reginald Felix ROBERTS & Daphne Margaret HORMWELL

Queensland BMD has the registration of Reginald & Daphne's marriage as 1942 reg#   C4877  however I am unable to locate a specific date.

All assistance welcomed.

I think that should read Wormwell.

Thanks so much.

I would never have believed that QLD BDM indexing could be wrong.   

I had seen the surname also seen as Wormwell.

As a matter of interest given that QLD BMD have an incorrect transcription of the surname would this be why my process of elimination I was using to sift out the correct date didn't work??

Now if I can only find Daphne Margarets's death I will be on the right track.  It is said she died in Aug 1976 but as yet no luck finding a burial nor a funeral/death notice in Ryersons.

cremated 10 Aug 1976. Age 57
