William Covell or William Coble both born 2 Dec 1810 is this the same man?

Looking for information on a William Coble or William Covell they have the same Birth born 2 Dec 1810 in Norfolk.

   He was charged with housebraking in 1827 at Swaffham House.   Hightway Robbery in or on 19 March 1833 at Norfolk Assizes got sent to Australia from Portsmonth on the 4 July 1833,arriving in Australia on the 3 November 1833, would like to know if any one can help with this information in England with father mother and if he had any Brother's or Sister's,
   If I was there I could do this myself but I am in Australia Need help with the English side of things if any one can help please. 

The Description of William was in 1833

1.   Read & write.
2.   Protestant.
3.   Single.
4.   Shoemaker 4 years (indiffence to William profession).
5.   5’6 ¾” Tall.
6.   Sallow complexion.
7.   Brown Hair.
8.   Hazel eyes.
9.   Scar over left eyebrow and scar back of left hand.
10.   Mark of a burn on right instep.

Hi not sure if this is much help.but on the 1801-1837 norfolk marriage list is a William Cable married 07/07/1829 to Ann Woods in the parish of Syderstone, Norfolk,this village is a few miles from Swaffham
