I am looking for a photo of the grave of Robert John Foster, his wife Ellen Gertrude and their daughter Daisy Gertrude. They are buried in Plot EEE18 at the cemetery (Rother District, E Sussex).
Can anybody help?

Have you confirmed with the cemetery's dept at the council that a headstone exists?

There is a 'kerb set' and cross. The cross had become unsafe over the years and has been laid down on the grave.

You can download a plan of the cemetery from here
http://www.rother.gov.uk/article/7016/Bexhill-Cemetery
The latest Google Earth image of this area is dated 2015, and it shows that only around 50% of the graves in area EE are still complete.
