The place looks like Durrow, Westmeath (County) which is in Ireland

Westmeath looks as though it has been written over something else - possibly Co. Laois, where there's another Durrow. The headings on the certificate ought to confirm which one is meant here.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

Thanks Arthur K there was no headings as it was a photocopy only  But I think Westmeath is correct . I think you are right there was something written before underneath. I found the world particularly weird  to figure out. Thanks for your help and very quick response
