i think robert howlings died 1854 aged 16  this seems to fit i cant find him
on any census after 1851

He died 1854 so wont appear on 1861 Census.

I read that as Andrea saying she agreed that the 1854 death was him because she couldn’t find him after 1851, which probably meant he had died.
