There's an Isabella Christina Stevens bapt at St Margarets  Barking on 4 Nov 1863 d/o Thomas and Jemima Stevens of Church Path. His occupation is painter. Seems to match birth reg 4th quarter 1863 Romford dist vol4A page 108. mmn Brace.
1871 census. 1 Welling place, Barking. Jemima widowed, Isabella 7, older siblings

Jemima and Thomas married at St Mary Rotherhithe on 29 May 1842 both of full age. He was a plumber, his father was James Stevens occ caulker, her father was William Brace occ fisherman. witnesses Charles Lea and Lucy Stevens (made mark)
