They are currently only available through the Centres - any time you ask someone for general availability they hum and haw and reply "hopefully soon" - It never is
The last time I spoke to one of the management team from SP he explained that the difficulty was mainly in trying to come up with some form of indexing system for the records that would tie in with the SP online Credits systems.
