Baptism at Spennymoor/Tudhoe 1886? Lena Davies

I'm looking for a possible baptism for a Lena Davies, birth registered Durham Sept 1886 (sub district St Oswalds), please

There is no father named on the birth certificate. Place of birth is Tudhoe Colliery

Mothers name Sarah Davies, who had been a coal miners widow for two years at the time of the birth.

Family Search have digitised a typewritten index of Tudhoe Holy Innocents Baptisms 1883-1919, but she doesn't appear on it.
Though do check, I may have missed it.

Just a thought, did her Mam re-marry at any stage after her birth?
Its not unheard of for a child to be baptised long after birth and IF her Mam had re-married the baptism may have recorded her with her stepfather's surname.

Yes her mum did remarry (Moss) but it was in north Wales, where they were originally from.

Lena is always named 'Davies/Davis on the census, until she marrys
