found a record on ancestry William Thomson from, peterhead , death 21-3-18 france and flanders , 5th gordons

wonder if there's anyway to give us more info on him to narrow it down if its him iam looking for

Private William Thomson, 5th Bn. Gordon Highlanders, Service No. 240342, died March 21st. 1918.
Pozieres Memorial, Panel 73.
These details come from the Commonwealth War Graves Com. web site. Unfortunately no age or relations are listed for him.

Hi further down the Ancestry Military page is a William Thomson Father Wm Thomson of 23, Sken Row, Aberdeen it is his British Army Pension Record with the Gordon Highlanders Territorial Force Attestation?
