Looking for Bert Roberts Cornwall

We are trying to find info about a Bert Roberts. It is believed he died in the early to mid 1960s from a fall or brain haemorrhage but we aren't sure. It is thought he had some blood disorder.  He is known to have worked as a barman in local hotels possibly polruan or polurrian. He frequented Truro but a link to Wales has been suggested. We believe he was between 40 and 60 when he died. I know this is very vague but it's all we have. Any help would be so appreciated.

If he was Albert rather than Bert there are two possibles on Freebmd, although the second with a birth 1893 would probably be too old.
