The year is wrong - which I should have noticed. The wedding of Gerdrude Partridge to Mr Percy Charles Kidman was Oct 1904

That's a good way out - Oct 1904 is a lot different from  21 March 1916 

Did you find them in the Oxford Weekly News in 1904?

There's a piece in the Biggleswade Chronicle of 30 Sept 1904.It's not very much just about Percy being presented with a clock on the occasion of his marriage.

I can see where I went wrong with the wedding report and the date of 21 March 1917. I had already identified an item re. Thomas Randolph Kidman for that date but didn't post. Incorrectly picked up that date in my notes when posting the wedding details.
