Who owned a property
« on: Sunday 23 September 18 19:23 BST (UK) »
Hi folks,
Looking for some more help.... Can you confirm, that the majority of property in Londonderry, would have been owned by a society, Or guild in the 1880's. If this is correct, can you tell me if there is a list of said guilds ( society), and where would this information be housed.
My thoughts are possibly the guildhall itself, or maybe proni.
It would be amazing if it was online.

Do you have a street or townland? The Valuation Revision Books (online free on PRONI's site) will show property details from printed version of Griffith's until c1930.
