New rules for NZ Death certificates
« on: Saturday 29 September 18 08:08 BST (UK) »
It has just been advised that from now NZ Death Certs will have the names of deceased children (as well as those still living which has been the case up to now) on them.

When I received my grand-mother's New Zealand death certificate, dated 23 August 2018, it noted only "age of any living daughter" and "age of any living son". No names.

I think that they can only give information that they have on file. Her place of birth is off by 5,000 miles and three continents. It lists birth in Soham, Cambridgeshire, but I can prove that she was baptised in Dinapore, India two days later.
