Dorset Family History Society’s OPEN WEEKEND
« on: Wednesday 03 October 18 19:57 BST (UK) »
Dorset Family History Society will be holding an OPEN WEEKEND at their TREETOPS RESEARCH CENTRE at Suite 5, Stanley House, 3 Fleets Lane, POOLE, Dorset, BH15 3AJ on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th November from 10am to 4pm each day.

You are invited to drop in and see what the Society has to offer to anyone wishing to research their Family History. You will find knowledgeable volunteers who are willing to help you to get started, or to tackle a brick wall if you are already researching. Once you have had a good look around, been shown examples of the many resources available on our computers, CDs and fiches; had a browse in the Library, studied the wide ranging array of books for sale and decided that we can help you – then one of the volunteers will book you in for a Research Session in the weeks ahead.

And, as an encouragement to get started we shall give you a discount on your first session. (They don’t cost a King’s Ransom anyway – £3.00 will buy you a lot of time and help.)

We shall be waiting to welcome you between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th November 2018.
