CARSTAIRS - Fife/Perthshire/Adelaide

I’m desperately trying to find a * Carstairs (born 1960, Errol) to a Mary Rodger and a James Carstairs. They emigrated to Australia and settled in Adelaide. James Carstairs snr died in 1968 and Mary died in 2008. They emigrated with Mary’s children  on the Fairsea. All three children were still alive in 2008.

I’m wondering if anyone has any similar connections in their tree or would have any idea of how to trace a living person in that area?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated
