Birth in Bristol

I am looking for any details of a birth of Harriot Louisa Cline/Kline etc in Bristol in or around 1815. On marriage on 7/10/1840 in Bedminster she stated that her fathers name was William Henry Cline. Thats all I can find anywhere although a William Henry Cline/Kline did exist in London married to a Harriet (Haynes) in 1810  but I can see no birth anywhere. Any help appreciated.

Though presuming this is her in 1861, it has her husband William as from Bristol, not Cardiff

Modified to add: Harriet's maiden name is CLYNE on the GRO for the births of most of the children, just to give you another spelling.

William Henry KLINE (with wife Harriet) had a daughter Harriet Frances baptised in 1811 at St Mary Marylebone, however I think you can discount them as William and daughter Harriet are in the 1851 census at Hanover Crescent, Brighton.
