There is no Olive at that cemetery.

Seems Walter went from Queechy (Launceston) to Beulah and spent his married life on the farm there.  Jessie migrated from England to Tasmania in 1887.

Thanks so much Jamjar that confirms what I have for them  .  Olive was born at Evendale so perhaps she's buried somewhere around there.

I think the following would eliminate the above Ruby MOORE  as Ancestry has uploaded the digitised images of many of the parish registers of the Sydney Diocese.  There’s a marriage there for a Ruby MOORE, born Wagga, NSW to Walter and Maria:
My transcription:
51  married C of E, St Andrews, Summer Hill by Rev Norman Fox.
14th June 1930 William GRAHAM, labourer, of Ashfield, NSW,  Bachelor, born Charleville, Queensland, aged 38, and Ruby MOORE, domestic, of Summer Hill, NSW, spinster, born Wagga Wagga, N.S. Wales, aged 33, parents as Walter MOORE and Maria WATERS, he a retired storekeeper. 
I think that would match up with the NSW BDM birth registered Wagga for Ruby C MOORE, and I can confirm that there’s further info at Ancestry to show she was baptised C of E as Ruby Catherine MOORE

Hello, Perhaps you have found the information you were seeking re Ruby Olive Moore? There is a Death Notice in a 1948 newspaper that reads: 'EDWARDS - On March 22 1948 Ruby, dearly beloved wife of Bert Edwards, Ouse, and third daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Moore, Beulah, North West Coast, sister of Ruby (Sydney), Mrs Williams, Colin and Ethel (deceased).'
Also: 'EDWARDS - On March 23 1948, at her residence, Ouse, Ruby Olive, beloved wife of Albert Edwards, and loving mother of Alan and Dorothy, in her 49th year. Funeral private. H.C. MILLINGTON & CO. Funeral Directors' So Abt. 1899 would be her birth date.
These are attached to an Ancestry member's tree and the name of the publication/s are not given.
