1914-1918 photo's Illustrated Chronicle's Album

Hi all, I came across Illustrated Chronicle's Album from a reply on rootschat, I thought I might just come across a photo of my grandad, he was wounded twice in WW1, first wound early October 1914, second wound 1st July 1916,
I came across several men from his regiment K.O.S.B wounded and killed around same times, just wondered why all
men ar'nt shown, is it because no photo survived or simply were not taken (sorry if its a daft question) in my grandads case he give an interview from his hospital bed which appeared in local paper near hospital but again no photo. Such a shame that some many of us who never got to meet or see a photo of our grandad's.
Grandad survived the great war.
All the best.
Derek
ps on Illustrated Chronicle's Album I did find photo of great uncle, he was list on H.M.S Natal. So worth a look folks.
