hello,
       I have obtained a birth certificate and just trying to decipher the attached text or characters between 1856 and winfarthing, anybody have any good ideas?

great answer sadly I don't know if he was one of twins, however 11.am has been suggested by cousin in the states, but not about twins of course there is that possibility (which will open a new can!) ::)

If the child was a twin you should be able to check on FreeBMD for another birth with the same surname and the  same reference number.

If it’s the William born Guiltcross, he doesn’t appear to be a twin.
