Queensland BMD releases significant modifications to the bmd index display

Yesterday 1 Nov 2018 the Queensland department released a significant modification to the display for the historical births death marriages indexes.

Entry to the index is now via the Family history research service from which you can undertake searches.  Access has been available for a while to be able to purchase online and immediately download the purchased image.

Previously you were provided with the year of specific activity  however you are now provided the full date [day month year].
