I'm reading COD as Chronic Myocarditis. Cardiac Syncope. (Certified)
Unsure of Syncope look like it starts with an R.. I googled Ry* but couldnt fing anything...
Looking for some reassuring agreement.... or not.

Agree with syncope. I think what you are seeing as ‘R’ is actually a lower case ‘s’.
