Searching for information on Frederick John James Ewers (Sr.) and wife Annie Lingfield. This couple produced a large family including a son, Frederick John James Ewers (Jr.) born 28 Mar 1892 in London.

The family considered themselves Cockney in these years (born within the sound of Bow's Bells, according to my late mother-in-law) and resided in London for several generations. FJJ Ewers Sr. would have a birth year around 1860, Annie Lingfield perhaps around 1865.

I think all the information pertains to 'our' EWERS. Those are the 9 children born 1885 - 1904, although we lacked middle names & birth years. Since we had Granny Ewers born 'Lingfield' rather than Linford, it is quite possible Frederick Sr. had George as a middle name.

And we have 'Bush' and 'Howard' lines to consider...
