George COX, 7 May 1837 aged 21, of St Briavels, Labourer
George, labourer, from St Briavels, stole a Wheelbarrow from Tidenham - and was sentenced to 4 Calendar Months at Lawfords Gate, 3 weeks of which where in solitude.
Dark brown hair, dark hazel eyes, round visage, common complextion, no marks etc. height: 5 feet 3 and a half inches.

George COX 16 February 1841, aged 22 - of St Briavels (Where Emma COX was christened 5 September 1841)
Again more info on Ancestry, he was given 5 months on the 3 March 1841, and he was from St Briavels, stole, a goose and fowls - description seems the same, ie. dark eyes etc. 5' 3inches
So he would be in Prison on the 1841 census, usually census don't give the christian name
