Date old Parkes family photograph from Scotland

Can anyone please help in dating a photograph. It is causing some confusion as to it being my grandfather or great-grandfather. It was taken in Scotland and is of the Parkes family.

The starting point is mid Edwardian but could easily be into the war years.
I would suggest mid-late Edwardian is the more likely.
