I have the marriage of John Max to Maria Carroll in 1857. I would be very pleased to find information on their children or his parents to see if they fit in with my wife's family tree.

Here is your previous thread with some of the information just posted here.
https://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=744969.msg5920515#msg5920515

That thread shows the marriage of John Max and Mary Sheppard as posted again here by dathai.
That was 1860.

Thank you all so much for your help. The only other info I have is that they are the parents of John Max and Mary Sheppard. John of John / Mary Sheppard was born in Littleton, Tipperary.

The Landed Estates site referenced on both threads might indicate that John’s father was William and then his father John.

There are quite a few references to the house and family found by internet search.

If they're the same Max family, I have the will of family members back to those born 1666.

See https://www.dropbox.com/s/ib9ptkmzkhjtapx/max%20wills.pdf?dl=0

This is the family of Mary Max, the heiress who was kidnapped in 1775. Very few RC Maxes that far back though I have seen an RC Anastasia Max.

Will
