1922 publication: "Current History"

This may be a folorn hope, but if there is any Rootschatter able to search for a printed journal article it would be a great help.

In 1922 Francis Blyth Kirby was quoted in ‘Current History’, vol 15, p.1063 (published in NY, USA) as a member of a British engineering concern in Vladivostok, and he was also author of an article on the Far Eastern Republic at Chita published in the same journal in June 1921.
 
Either or both of these would be of great interest.
