Latin - deciphering and translation please

This appears on the baptism record of Henry Jukes from 1880...  is anyone able to decipher and translate it please ?

Hi Little Nell 44,

I don't know what the first two words mean but sub conditione means that the baptism was carried out under certain conditions such as:- 1) they had already been baptised in another denomination 2) one of the parents did not belong to the faith.

The first words are 'in domo' which means at home.

Nell, my Henry Dukes was born 1862, mother Mary Ann a silk ribbon weaver in Derby, her brother William Jukes a glassmaker in Derby. She married a John Forbes an Edinburgh glassmaker & they moved to Dudley, she was born Tividale.Yeovil, Staffs. Could be some connection? 
Jukes/Dukes both used!

Skoosh my Henry Jukes was born in 1880, son of Thomas Jukes...  his father was also from Brum but his grandfather was from London.
