1831 Census records for GLAMORGAN, WALES.

Hi,
Many thanks for you taking the time to read my post.
Recent research of my family is now moving me into a Welsh connection. I would like to know if there is 1831 Census available for the Caroline Street area of Swansea. Glamorgan. I have 1841 & 1851 Census on the area. It's previous to 1800 that interest's me as my ancestors are I their 60's / 70's on the 1841 & 1851. I would just like to know before I start to research / delve into Church records ?

the 1831 census, where it survives, contains no useful personal information, the head of the household may have been recorded. Most returns were destroyed after the publication of the statistics. Any surviving material would likely be in the local record office.
