Leavesden Asylum 1911 Census

This is driving me mad! I can't find any entries for inmates of Leavesden Asylum in Abbots Langley, Herts. I have some notes written by someone else (I'm not sure when) stating George Rich was in this asylum in 1911, as a patient, aged 18, born in Clapton, London. However a general search doesn't bring anything up, and now having scrolled all the returns for Abbots Langley I can't find any inmates at all, lots of asylum workers who lived in surrounding properties, but no mention of the asylum itself.

Any help greatly appreciated.
