What is this building? 1897 WRY Mr Brearley's Garden Party

This photo is among my family photos for Stocksbridge WRY.  The local history society has a copy on which is written, "1897. Mr Beazley's Garden Party Queen Victoria's Jubilee".  However in the Society's  description it says Mr. Brearley, with the additional information that it's the local Congregational Church members.
Beazley is not a local name, and I can find no one on the census or BMDs [Wortley RD] of that name.  Brearley is common however.  It's the Diamond Jubilee.  I've had this photo on the local FB History Forum but no one recognises anyone in it or the building.  One suggestion is that the odd structure is a temporary one.
The hats are odd...fancy dress?
Any thoughts welcome!

The hats are typical of the period,when older women would still be wearing
earlier styles and the younger newer, ie almost Edwardian.
It looks like the porch of the building behind,very unusual,wonder if it is lead covered? There is a house window further along with sham or full blinds partly rolled up.
Puzzle about the name alteration.
I am sorry but have no idea what WRY stands for ,that might help if we knew.
Hope you get some helpful info.

I think it's a conservatory - there appears to be plant life inside. Perhaps the glass panels have been whitewashed or perhaps it is just reflection,

If it was a jubilee celebration I expect many of the women decorated their hats with red, white & blue cockades, bows or garlands.

If there is a Stocksbridge directory for that period it may list the "gentry."
